Forge Salamander is a tameable creature in Primal Idle, native to the Cavern Depths. Runs hot enough to soften ore. 10% faster Smithing.

It is captured through Taming (level 65) and kept in your Stable, where it can be assigned as a companion — granting +10% Smithing speed — or sent out with your expedition party. Its stats can be improved through Breeding and Imprinting, and boosted with Dino Gear.
