Deinonychus is a tameable creature in Primal Idle, native to the Redwood Wilds. The pack hunter the old drawings bow to — it reads cover like a map, forest or field. Hunts resolve 15% faster.

It is captured through Taming (level 33) and kept in your Stable, where it can be assigned as a companion — granting +15% Hunting speed — or sent out with your expedition party. Its stats can be improved through Breeding and Imprinting, and boosted with Dino Gear.
