Editing Ancestral Monument

The '''Ancestral Monument''' is a late-game [[Homestead]] structure and the game's first '''[[Amber]]-priced building'''. Where every other Homestead structure is paid for in materials, the Monument is bought with Amber (plus a materials garnish) and pays you back on '''everything you sell''': each level raises the Amber value of every sale by 1%.

== Unlocking ==

The Monument appears on the [[Homestead]] once you reach '''level 99 in your first skill'''. It is a capstone project — a place to sink the Amber that piles up in the late game.

== Effect ==

Each level grants '''+1% Amber on every sale'''. At the full 10 levels that is '''+10%''' to the price of everything you sell — [[Bank]] stock, [[Trading Post]] orders, duplicate gear, and so on. The bonus is always shown in the price you see, so the number on the sell button is the number you are paid.
