* STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS COULD SIT OUT A WHOLE SESSION IN SILENCE (dev report, first desktop runs on Windows and Mac). The bridge refused to write until Steam handed over the player's stats — a handshake the current Steam client may never volunteer on its own. The desktop build now asks for those stats itself the moment Steam connects, so the write gate opens every time and the boot sweep can restore your whole earned history.
* '''And the sync narrates itself.''' The desktop console (right-click → Inspect) now reports the bridge coming up, every unlock batch, and both boot sweeps with exact counts — so a missing popup is a five-second read instead of a guessing game.
