== v0.47.0 — The Tribe Works For You, Not Instead Of You == * YOUR CAMP GATHERED TOO MUCH, TOO FAST (a dev call): a fully built crew was hauling roughly 288 players' worth of goods an hour. The whole workforce now tops out around 2–3 players' worth — camp automation is a strong second pair of hands again, not a replacement for playing. * '''Workers now match each node's own pace.''' A crew member works at a % of YOUR speed on that exact action — deep, slow nodes take them proportionally longer, exactly like they take you longer. Before, the deepest nodes were bizarrely the cheapest to automate; that inversion is gone. * The [[Tribe]] page tells the honest story: each worker's tooltip now shows "crew pace X% of yours", every multiplier in the pile, and the exact clock on their current node. * GEAR ON GATHERERS IS CAPPED AT +30% pace (it kept its full power for Sentinels on watch): a Primal Warspear made berry-picking four times faster, which was silly. The tooltip shows both numbers — your kit score, and the capped bonus the pace actually uses. * [[Tribe#Material Ages|Material Ages]] recut: ×1.1 → ×1.5 across Bronze → Moonstone (was ×1.5 → ×6), tiers 1 / 1.15 / 1.3 / 1.5 (was up to ×3.5). Artisan lines follow the same cut. Fresh Stone-Age camps are UNTOUCHED — a new Novice gathers exactly what they always did. * '''Dino hired hands.''' The two Drover's Drills now add +0.02/+0.015 (was +0.05 each), so a fully drilled, max-veteran, best-species dino tops out at ~40% of your pace instead of ~49%. Undrilled dinos never moved. Drill prices unchanged. * Nothing banked was taken: stockpiles, shelves and everything already collected stay exactly as they were. Only the clocks changed.
