* '''Culls''' — hunt a set number of a named creature (for example 75 Compsognathus). Higher-level culls target tougher prey in specific [[Creatures|biomes]] for more Marks, and now run all the way up to '''[[Hunting]] 92''' (the Cull Purussaurus writ) after the late board was filled in.
* '''Supply orders''' — complete a number of actions in a gathering or production skill (Foraging, Logging, Mining, Fishing, Cooking, Crafting, Smithing, Alchemy).
* '''Patrol bounties''' — win a number of expeditions, sometimes pinned to a specific biome or to weather. Weather-pinned bounties (Rain Runner, Snow Strider) now only appear when their weather is actually in the [[Weather|forecast]] window, so you can never be handed a rain job in a dry week.
* '''Other writs''' — winning delves, collecting [[Excavation|excavation]] digs, harvesting crops, taming creatures, or moving goods at the [[Trading Post]].

Contract rewards scale from 6 Marks for the simplest tasks up to 16 Marks for the toughest endgame patrols and surveys — the toughest culls top out lower, at 9.
