== v0.38.11 — The Camp Musters == * The [[Tribe]] page's Workforce is a muster board now, built the way the [[Stable]] was: a rail of what needs you (wounded, idle hands, lines paused on a full shelf — each one a tap that filters the crew), a dense one-line roster with every worker's duty, rate and kit, and one worker at full size beside it. Twenty workers used to be three screens of repeated dropdowns; they are one screen now, and on a phone the list and the worker swap in place exactly like the stable's stall board. * Picking a duty stopped being a 239-option scroll tunnel. The duty picker is a sheet in the dispatch style — "Send them where?", but for jobs — and every row shows the rate THAT worker would earn on it before you commit, the same number the breakdown tooltip proves afterwards. Their top three across all skills float to a "Best for" band on top; Rest and Stand watch lead with what the watch actually adds to Security; locked jobs stay visible with their unlock reasons. * Worker gear picks are a sheet too, sorted by the highest stat boost: every bank piece (and any benched forged piece from your locker) for the slot, ordered by the kit it carries, with a colored delta against what they're wearing. Picking swaps in one tap — the old piece walks back to the bank on its own, no more unequip-then-repick. * The Camp tab always means the camp. Standing on a worker's card, the tab you were already on did nothing — on a phone the little "← crew" inside the card was the only way back to the list, the exact trap the [[Stable]]'s Roster tab fell into a week ago. Every tab press now closes the open worker behind you, so Camp lands you on the crew, every time.
