== v0.38.23 — Every Tribesperson Is Born With A Knack == * YOUR TRIBESPEOPLE EACH HAVE A KNACK — one job they are simply better at, out of the eight the camp can work: [[Foraging]], [[Logging]], [[Mining]], [[Fishing]], [[Smithing]], [[Cooking]], [[Crafting]] or [[Alchemy]]. Put them on it and they work faster: +5% for a Novice Vagrant, +10% Seasoned Forager, +15% Expert Scavenger, +20% Vanguard Elite. Same rank, same size — which skill it lands on is the part that is theirs alone. * It is who they ARE, not something they grind: no xp, no levels, no rerolls — and your current crew already have theirs, including the ones who joined months ago. Look for the new chip on each crew row (it lights up while the knack is paying), the line on their card, and the green "knack" tag in the duty sheet — the rate shown on that row already includes the bonus. * The rate tooltip now lists the knack beside kit, so the factors still multiply to exactly the clock you see. * The "Best for them" band in the duty sheet now always includes their best knack option too — raw rates alone let the big craft batches crowd it out, which rather missed the point of being named after the worker.
