== v0.38.28 — The Game Fills The Window == * The game uses the whole window now. Every page stopped dead at a fixed width, so on a desktop monitor — and in the PC and Mac app, which opens wide — roughly a third of the window was empty background sitting to the right of the game. Pages now run all the way to the edge of the window, and the space goes into CONTENT rather than stretching: the skill screen lays out more action cards per row, the bank shows far more of your items at once, the shop and museum add columns, and the world map draws bigger. Cards stay exactly the size they always were — there are simply more of them per row. Phones and narrow windows are completely unchanged. * The page art is worth looking at again. Widening the pages had quietly shrunk the scene at the top of the Player, Bank, Shop, Trading Post, Contracts, Stable, Tribe, Homestead and Quests pages down to a sliver of grass — the picture is cropped to fit the band, so a wider page with the same band height means a smaller slice of the picture. The band now grows with the page, and those scenes show about twice as much art as they did: the campfire, the trader's stall, the stable yard. Skill pages already looked right and are left alone. * Ultrawide monitors get a sensible stopping point. Past a very wide window the page settles at its widest comfortable size and centres itself, rather than dragging every row out to 21:9 or 32:9 — the ceiling sits above any ordinary desktop, so a 1440p monitor still fills edge to edge.
