== How contracts work ==

* The Contract Board deals a small hand of contracts, refreshing on a rotation every 12 hours.
* You can hold and complete up to '''three claims per rotation''' — the board itself is the real limit on how many Marks you earn. (The [[Shop]]'s Bounty Stipend upgrade raises this to four.)
* Only contracts you are eligible for appear: each may require a certain skill level, or that a particular biome is unlocked, so undoable tasks stay off the board.
* If a contract doesn't suit you, '''reroll''' that slot for a different eligible one — once per slot, per rotation.
* Each contract has a completion condition — hunt a number of a specific creature, perform a number of gathers or crafts in a skill, win a number of expeditions, or complete delves, excavation digs, harvests, tames, or trades.
* Fang Marks pay out at roughly 1 Mark per 2 minutes of directed play.
